MainGate starts with a base module that covers the core processes at your gate. Three add-on modules can be booked as needed.
Base module
IncludedVisitor pre-registration
Hosts register visitors in the system in advance. The visitor automatically receives their personal check-in code by email.
Evacuation management
A live overview shows immediately, in an emergency, who is currently on site. Starting, ending and reactivating an evacuation takes just a few clicks.
Configurable retention periods
You set the retention periods for visitor data yourself in the admin area – matching your own data protection policies.
Roles & permissions
Reception, staff and administration each see and edit only what matches their role.
Kiosk module
Add-on moduleKiosk self check-in
At the on-site terminal, every visitor checks themselves in and out – no waiting at reception, including automatic check-in code delivery by email.
Safety briefing
Visitors and contractors complete the safety briefing directly at the kiosk – in their native language.
Comprehension quiz
Afterwards, they confirm they understood the content in a short quiz.
Printer module
Add-on moduleName-badge printing
Visitors get their self-adhesive name badge automatically at kiosk self check-in (in combination with the Kiosk module), or printed manually from the visitor list at reception.
Truck module

Truck drivers check in on arrival for their loading assignment.
Safety briefing
Truck drivers complete the safety briefing directly at the kiosk – in their native language.
Entry authorization
Truck drivers receive entry authorization and specific instructions as a text message, in their native language, directly on their mobile phones.
Wait-time analysis
Recorded arrival and entry times are available to compare against the actually agreed loading windows.
